Concept for a online fitness app
There are several important points that can be seen in the concept, some concerning the trainer, other the client. Their needs, obviously, are not the same.

The main purpose of the app for the trainer is easier expansion and scalability. Making it easier to manage multiple clients, workout plans and schedules. For the client it is important to make them feel that they are getting same quality exercise or even better than in standard, offline approach.

Because of this we will start with the two user flows, one for trainer and one for client. Good UX in these cases is much more important then good UI since it is all about usability and functionality.
